Hi, I'm Jen. I am a Holistic Life Coach, Human Design Guide, and Art Medicine Practitioner. I founded LifeShine Design to help people unlock their potential, navigate life's challenges with grace, and create a life filled with joy and authentic connection. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, my dogs, and exploring the magic of the natural world. In my workshops and online programs, I offer a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern practices, including the Gene Keys, Human Design, and Lifelines, a creative process that combines art and mindfulness. My passion for personal growth and spiritual connection is woven throughout my work and my life. I feel blessed to be able to guide others on their journey of self-discovery and empowerment, helping them shine brightly and live a life aligned with their soul's purpose.

Hi, I’m Gail. I am a Visionary Artist, Creatively Fit Coach, and Art Medicine Practitioner. I founded Serendipity Art Hub of Thief River Falls, MN, in 2021 where I live on a farm with my husband, LeRoy, and our two Great Pyrenees dogs, Carly and Thor and two outside cats Sunny and Alba. In my free time I enjoy flying airplanes, scuba diving, fishing and exploring the magic of our planet. In my studio classroom and workshops, I offer painting classes taught from the perspective of Heart, Soul, and Spirit, while nurturing authentic creative expression, no matter the level of talent or experience. I also offer instinctive meditation separately and often integrate it as an essential part of my painting sessions. My passion for creativity and spiritual connection is woven throughout my painting practice and my life. I feel blessed to be able to guide others into uncharted areas of their creativity, both inward and outward, as I help them live and create more authentically.
